Tears and tantrums...

Sooooooo, who thought it'd be a really good idea to try & cut a star out of chipboard with a long past retirement age Sizzix machine & a skinny li'l die she found in a drawer?

Me?

As if...

But just in case you were thinking of doing this, I'd have to warn you not to - the resulting crack as a bit of said Sizzix machine falls off followed by howls of rage from the person doing the cutting {which may then be followed by howls of laughter from anyone else in the room}, is not terribly nice...

The Dutch Dare challenge for this week is Dies & Punches - lots of fab inspiration from the DT as always {and I bet none of them broke a die cutter in the process of making their card...}, thanks for the {very challenging} challenge girls!

Hugs,

Oh Hun you do make me laugh. Anyway you made a fantastic card after all this calamity, bet the air was blue, I shattered a Cuttlebug plate the other day, the crack was horrendous though I had broken the whole machine. Hope you enjoy the rest of yoru weekend

Whooooo....oooops! You described the scene so well! Maybe it's just time for a new cutting "toy" for that "howler"!!

If it's any consolation the card is adorable...love the papers! bx

I'm sorry, but I had to laugh too! You tell the story in a way I can actually see it happen. And it's only that I don't have such a machine, but If I had, it would have happened to me too. I can assure you that!
Anyway...your card turned out really well. It's a very sweet card and I love it.
Thanks for joining DDCC this week and a lot of thanks for sharing your story :D
