Kickin' it for Michelle...

Dear friends,

We at Stampavie would very much appreciate if you would join us in supporting our US Representative, Design Team member and dear friend, Michelle Oatman.

On Wednesday evening, June 23, Michelle had an accident while tending her beloved donkeys which has left her blind in her right eye. She has shared the news of her accident in her blog post here. Michelle is an amazing stamper and is eager to be able to start crafting again. But she also has a lot of healing that needs to occur and she needs our support.

We at Stampavie want to help her on her road to recovery. While we all would like nothing more than to support her in person, some things are just not possible. So besides sending cyber-hugs, we are asking for PayPal donations which will be sent directly to Michelle to help “kick” the mounting medical costs associated with her surgeries and also to help her obtain an artificial eye.

To show your support for Michelle, please, please log into your PayPal account and make your donation payment, no matter how small, to the account info@stampavie.com.

Tina Wenke is also kindly working on a digital download (of a donkey, of course!) so please check back here for more details on that. You’ll be able to download it directly from our blog, all we ask in return is that you donate $3 to Michelle’s PayPal fund.

Michelle is a very loving and caring person and we are all lucky to call her “friend”! Michelle says that she is lucky to be married to her best friend. Together, they are parents to their 2 Toy Australian Shepherds, a cat, and their Miniature Donkeys that they raise. The love she gives her animals comes right back, as they keep her busy, entertained and happy. Now, we hope that the love she sends out to the stamping community and beyond will come back as well!

Could I ask you all to please spread the word about this on your blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc, the more people that hear about this the better.
Thanks for your help!

Soggy Sunday...

You know when it's been so long since you blogged, you kinda forget how?
I'm feeling that right now...

I couldn't resist the Totally Gorjuss "For the Boys" challenge or the Crafty Angels "My Favourite Stamp" challenge - although picking out my favouritest fave stamp was a wee bit tricky...I went for my favourite stamp that arrived in the past week in the end!

Lovin' these Lili of the Valley boys - they've got Horror stamped all over them...

Thanks for visitin'!

I'm not drooling...my mouth's just leaking...

Heya :D
A quickie post tonight - I'm really busy drooling all over watching Soccer Aid...

I have a speedy little notebook to share today - I'm forever making notebooks for the Horror's, I do love seeing little hands busy with pencils and paper! I have a stack of tiny 10p jotters stashed away ready to make pretty!

I used the very sweet Greeting Farm Oliver from the Buddies set
- I wanted to join in with the newest Anyone for Anya challenge & I reckon this chappie in his summery shorts and tee will fit in just fine :D

Have a great evening - I'm gonna return to my drooling...;D

Hello Baby...

Hey all, just a quick post today to show you a card I made for the new Craftalicious challenge
- I couldn't resist making a new baby card!

I've long admired Eline Pellinkhof's work - just adorable! You can find lots of her gorgeous baby images over at Squigglefly

I couldn't resist adding a mini Giraffe to the inside of the card too :D

Have a great Saturday!

And this is what I came up with:

I'm gonna sneak this into the {very nearly finished!} Crafty Catz "The boyz are back" challenge - thanks for the inspiration Crafty Catz girls!

Happy Day...

I have a quick li'l card to share today that I made for the Secret Crafter "Buttons & Blooms" challenge {c'mon - it's a seriously Bloomy card for me!!!}

This li'l stamp is one of the first CC Designs I ever bought and I still love her to bits - not sure if it's the big bug-eyed sunglasses or the disdainful look she's giving that do it for me!
Tracy has a few left in stock for the utterly bargainous price of £2 - go grab one!

Hope everyone's having a great week - thanks for popping by to say hello!
Hugs,
