Why do we spend sooooo much on toys when a giant box of washing powder is all that's needed for several hours play? Yes, it made a terrible mess & I could've screamed when the li'l monster trod it all through the house & up the stairs, but hey, the carpet smells Persil-tastic... ;)

Party Parade...

It's been a week of illness & injury here, but aside from my still blistered lip {don't even ask!!!} all seems OK again :)



I had the most gorgeous little parcel full of Nellies arrive last week & surprised myself by falling utterly in love with the Mary Hall stamps ~ they're sooooo cute! I just had to ink this one up & thought I'd have a go at the challenge over at the SugarBowl ~ my one piece of {double-sided!} pp is from the October Afternoon NightLight range, I'm lovin' this at the mo, it's such happy, smiley paper!



Inside's pretty simple ~ I stamped out just the littlest of the cuties :)

Whooooo~hoooooo!!!!

It's snowing again :)
I know I moan constantly about being cold, but I do love a bit of snow!





CCT are rockin' this week with "Metallica" as the theme ~ not as scary as it sounds, we just want to see something metal somewhere!



This is one of those cards I'm just not sure about, somethings not right about it! Lots of fabbiness from the rest of the DT though & we have the Piggish Pink One joining us this week ~ check out their yumminess here :)

Anyone else absolutely flippin' freezin'? Luckily we're "Warmin' it up" over on Tilda & Friends this week ~ anything goes as long as it makes you feel all cozy :)




I've been having a good ole rummage through my stamps earlier ~ I can't believe how many I have that just don't get a chance to see ink anymore :( It actually makes me really sad, so you may see a few popping up on here for sale very soon! Mostly older Magnolia's, I just don't have the time to use them at the mo.

Cottage pie for tea tonight ~ "I like the pie, but the cottage is a bit nasty" piped up the little Horror. Okaaaaaay...

This week I have mostly been...

...avoiding my craft room as much as possible because it's sooooo flippin' cold in there! The radiator in there has never worked properly & I think it's given up completely now. I went in this morning & the windows were frozen up on the inside...

I've been rather slack at blogging too {nothin' unusual there} & thought I'd better post my latest CCT card. The theme this week is Valentines & being me I avoided any hints of tradish valentiney colours & used some scrummy Sassafras pp's.



I did a bit of inside decorating on this one too...



Right I'm off to brave the craft room ~ must find my woolly hat first though...
