Merry Christmas!

A gift for you...

I have a couple of little gift cards to share today - they're made up of yet more Cosmo Cricket and CC Designs Sugarplums I'm afraid!

Love little Reindeer Trevor - he was my fave stamp from last Christmas :)
Tracy has a whole stack of adorable CC Designs stamps in stock over at Dies to Die For

A few challenges for this one:
&

That's a LOT of challenges for me! Thanks to the DT's on all for the inspiration :)

Gorgeous silky ribbons, sweet little bells, bakers twine, glassine bags and a whole heap of other scrumminess can be found over at The Ribbon Girl - it's my new favourite place to hang out :)

Once finished, the little gift cards have been popped in a glassine bag and tied up with ribbon. Couldn't resist tucking in a candy cane too - I love making things Christmas-pretty!

Enjoy your day,

Snowflakes...

I kinda doubt that anyone who's been visitin' my blog for a while will be surprised to see another card with a CC Designs image on it - I do after all, have a habit of getting a little massively obsessed with them...

This little one's for the latest ATS Wednesday Challenge and their snowflake theme.

Catch y'all tomorrow - possibly with yet another CC Designs card... ;)

Merry Kiss-mas...

There's much scrumminess over on the Pink Petticoat blog this week...

More pics and a list of supplies for my contribution can be found here :)

Stay warm!

Taggin' along...

I've had most of the little bits for these sat on my desk waiting for sticky tape for the past week - seeing that this weeks ATS challenge is Tags finally spurred me into a bit of sticky tape action...

These are destined for the Princesses IzzyBelles and EllaBella {aka my nieces}

I've stitched a little pocket onto the back of each tag - perfect for tucking a gift card in to.
Or your AA card for photographic purposes if you've yet to actually do any Christmas shopping...

A big thank you to the ATS girls for the tag-tastic inspiration :)

I'm off now to make a boy version - my 16 year old nephew totally needs a glittery, be-ribboned tag in his life...

Laters - thanks for visiting!

Sparkly hugs...

Couldn't resist colouring this little lovely in when I saw the latest Simon Says... Sparkle challenge - I dug out possibly the longest neglected bottle of Stickles ever for her wings!

Oh Christmas Tree...

I went a little bit pink, pretty and very out-of-character for this week's Pink Petticoat christmas tree inspiration card.

Pink and be-ribboned?
I must be coming down with something...

Oooooops...

Sooooo, this was supposed my card for this weeks CCT challenge.
'Cept I didn't actually read the deets of the challenge properly...

Yup, the challenge is "Dieing for a Punch" - we're after a card with NO nesties or punches.
See what I did?
Nesties and a punch.
Duh...

Head on over and join in - we're sponsored this week by the fabby Stamp Shoppe - lets be honest, you can't possibly fail the challenge as spectacularly as I did...

Hugs,

This very cute Snowman is by Pink Cat Studio and is available over at Dies to Die For - I'll add a link just as soon as the website's back up and running properly :D

We're welcoming some new DT members over at CCT this week {as well as celebrating Christmas...}, Hi girls *waves*

Hmmmmm, that's about it from me today {if there are any card details you want to know, feel free to shoot me an email} - when did life get so busy, busy, busy?

Swirly girlies...

...is the theme over at CCT and this week we're sponsored by Nutcrafters.

My card hasn't ended up quite how I'd pictured it...where did this dirty bit of craftin' come from??!! Even Tilda's face looks a bit grubby, poor love!

Two of my current stamp faves make an appearance today - the beloved Lost Coast Designs swirl and that oh-so-sweet sentiment, love 'em!
You can see the full challenge details and all the other yummies from the DT here :)

Have a great day all!

PROMarkers and Magnolias can be purchased from the shockingly lovely Tracy over here at

Have to admit I'm kinda likin' the ol' Magnolias again...I already have a couple more lined up :)
Ooooooh and that swirly stamp you can see?..*swoon*...I bought it a few days ago and we're currently in complete and utter love. I'll keep you all regularly updated on the progress of our relationship ;)

Happy Sunday all,

The day PaperMania won me over...

I have never really liked PaperMania products...I've always thought the card blanks are overpriced...the sticker things are yucky...I'm not even gonna start on the rub-ons...

But I've spent the past few days playing with some bits from their new Bare Basics range and I've gotta say I love 'em... They accidently fell in my basket when I was over here at Cutting Edge Crafts buying some bits n pieces (from now on I will only ever use these scissors, cute or what?!).

This little dude was made with one of the pillow box bases for the Crafty Angels "Anything but a Card" challenge:

Thanks for the inspiration girls!

I'm now in the midst of getting painty with one of these frames and I'm having myself some seriously good PaperMania fun...never thought I'd be writing that...

Hugs,

Those mini candy canes appear to be strangely addictive...on Monday I bought 80 of the things...I now have about 20 left...just think of all the small children's teeth I'm saving by eating them myself though...really, my not sharing is a good thing... ;)

It's challenge time...

...over at Stampavie and for this one we're creating a scene (yeah, nothing new there for me!).

I've used the scrummy li'l Penguin and Tree from the Gillian Roberts Christmas range and a fence stamp I found neglected in my stash (think it's a Magnolia one).

You can see the other DT's yummy examples and get the deets for the challenge here - don't forget there's a secret prize on offer :)

Hugs,

Penguin and Tree and the delish MME Colourful Christmas papers are on sale at Dies to Die For - do check out todays offers while you're there!

Saturday, 24 October 2009

Heya peeps...

...I have few post's scheduled for the next week cos I'm away and not planning on going anywhere a 'puter :) I'm still rather amazed at myself for this tiny bit of organisation!

This was a total "I feel like making something" kinda card - it wasn't for any challenge or a piece of DT work, it was just an "I wanna play card". Hope you likey :)
Have a good half term all, I'll see ya when I get back!

So here's a rather delish High Hopes/MME combo...I'm liking it peeps :) Every time I ink up an HH stamp I fall in love with them, they really are just perfect. It's quite possible you'll be seeing a few of them in the not too distant future! (I'm obsessive, remember...)
