Monster Singer love...

A big thank you to you all for the get well wishes - I'm slightly improved, but still kinda yucky lookin'!

I'm joined today by the li'l Horror - he marched out of bed this morning and informed me that "I'm not going to school today. In a few weeks I'll be 5 and when you're 5 you have to go to school. So I've decided that while I'm still 4, I'm going to have a day off. Most 4 year olds haven't even started school yet so it does seem fair. And I do have a cough *insert cough* OK?"
I was too gooey eyed to argue...

So this morning we made a new sock monster...

...and when I realised that my stitching was no more wonky with one working eye than it is with two, I finished off this little rag doll I've been making for my niece. The poor li'l thing's been waiting for her arms to be sewn on and her trousers to be stitched up for about a month...

*sigh*
Love you my lovely Singer...
(even if there is a rather freakish looking peg doll sat on you at the mo - li'l Horror tells me it's art...)

Have a happy day :D

WOW!! You'r a wonder with the sewing machine! I've tried two times to shorten the lengt of my pants (since I'm only 160cm, they'r always too long) and both times one leg was longer than the other.. now I only sew paper *lol*

My husband was here correcting my english so I totally forgot to send some get well wishes your way. Hope your feeling better soon!!And who can argue with a 4 year old when they have so great arguments? And I most certeanly don't argue with mine when she comes with good reason to go to the coffebar *lol* or when she wakes me up too early in the morning..
